How to Install a Zen Thermostat
Installing a Zen Thermostat is often quite easy to do - but can become slightly more complex based on the type of heating and cooling system, and the number of wires currently connected.
We always recommend labelling your wires and taking a picture prior to removing any connections from your existing thermostat.

About Mysa
Mysa has recently acquired the assets of Zen Ecosystems, including the ZenHQ energy management platform. This development allows us to provide more comprehensive services to all our customers, including both residential and commercial users.
If you're a user of the Zen HQ platform (or have used it in the past), this is particularly important news for you.
What Does This Mean for Zen HQ Users?
This acquisition enables Mysa to continue offering the ZenHQ platform. However, it's important to note that Mysa will not be supporting the Zen Zigbee Thermostats on the Zen platform.
We have communicated to all ZenHQ users who wish to remain on the platform under Mysa's management. If you haven't yet acknowledged your desire to continue using the Zen HQ platform, please be aware that we will be terminating inactive accounts soon.
Confirming Continued Use of Zen HQ
If you wish to keep your ZenHQ account active, it's imperative that you acknowledge your intent to continue using the platform by June 15th, 2023. This step will ensure that your account remains active and you continue to receive the Zen HQ platform services, excluding support for Zen Zigbee Thermostats.
